The Town of Grand Valley's Building, Planning and Development activities are overseen by our Town Planner. Please contact the Town office to book an appointment with the Planning Department, between 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., generally Monday through Friday. They can assist you with:

Dufferin Hurricane Clip Program
In partnership with the Institute for Catastrophic Loss Reduction, the County of Dufferin is offering a rebate incentive to property owners or builders who install hurricane clips during construction on all new projects. Review the brochure or contact the County to discuss the program.
